Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who gave their time, energy, and love on such a beautiful Saturday to make the 16th Annual Arizonans for Children Foster Festival truly unforgettable. Each of you was a gift to our event and, most importantly, to the children and families of Arizona.

Because of you, hundreds of children experienced a day filled with joy, connection, and belonging. Your kindness and sincerity were felt in every smile, every laugh, and every moment shared. We witnessed beautiful reunions between children who had been separated through multiple placements and were finally able to reconnect with friends they had missed. Those moments reminded us all why this work matters so deeply.

As of December 2025, there are 8,927 children in foster care. Nearly 58% of these children enter care due to neglect, resulting in a lack of food, shelter, safety, and/or medical attention. At our festival, no child went hungry. Many left with clothing, hygiene items, and access to vital resources—along with something just as important: hope for a brighter future. A day to forget the stress, uncertainty, and loss through events like this are essential.

None of this would be possible without your dedication, compassion, and commitment to these children. Your willingness to show up and serve has a lasting impact that extends far beyond one day. We are endlessly grateful for each of you and for the love that you poured into this mission. Thank you for standing with us and for helping foster children feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Did you love it and want more? We are helping children year round! Learn more, start at our homepage.

Sincerely,

About this Event

For over a decade now, the owners of Enchanted Island Amusement Park have partnered with Arizonans for Children to hold a glorious event for foster children and their families. The entire amusement park is opened to foster families, while our donors contribute food, drinks, games, music, rock climbing, bounces, hamster balls, a petting zoo, entertainment and more. Our community partners will be there to provide services such as haircuts and vital information on benefits and resources available to foster families.
